Non-Urgent Appointments

A doctor will review your request and then we will be in touch with appointment details.

If you are unable to make an appointment online, please contact reception.

Important Information

You may see any of the doctors, although to aid continuity of care we encourage you to consult your usual doctor. Urgent cases will be seen the same day. This may not be with your usual doctor. Otherwise, you will get the first available appointment.

The receptionist may ask you about your illness to help the doctor to decide when best to see you. Please inform the receptionist if you are attending this surgery for the first time.

Evening and Weekend Appointments

You can now see a GP or another healthcare professional on weekday evenings and weekends. To book an appointment, please call the surgery.

Cancel an Appointment

Please inform the reception staff if you cannot attend your appointment. This will allow another patient to take your slot. If you do not notify the Practice of your absence, you will get a letter stating that you have defaulted on your appointment. Persistent defaulters maybe removed from the list.

The easiest way to do this is to contact us online using the button below. Then, select "I have an admin query." You can only use this if your appointment was arranged over 24 hours ago. (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Home Visits

If possible please try to telephone reception before 10:00 if you need a home visit.

A doctor or nurse may call you back. Your problem may be solvable by phone advice. It may be better to send a nurse or arrange a hospital visit.

We only do house visits for patients who are housebound due to illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. The surgery has better facilities for patient care.
