Patients registered at John Tasker House Surgery and living within one mile of the centre of Dunmow must have their prescriptions dispensed at a pharmacy. Patients living outside this area may have their prescriptions dispensed at John Tasker House Surgery. 

Medication CANNOT be ordered or collected from Felsted Surgery.

Requests for repeat prescriptions

A minimum of 3 full working days notice (longer if possible) is required for preparing, checking and safety reasons. Requests should be left in the box provided in the entrance lobby of the surgery, or in the box at Yogi pharmacy.   

Requests can also be posted to 'The Dispensary'.
