Practice Charter

The surgery has a Practice Charter that lays out how we the surgery would expect our patients to help enable the practice to provide the best possible care and service.

The Charter is displayed in the surgery and all new patients are asked to sign the Charter when they register at the practice.

Zero Tolerance

If a patient is violent or abusive towards any member of the practice team we shall remove them from our list in accordance with NHS policy.

We will respond to any complaints fairly and efficiently according to the NHS complaints procedure.
